I felt quite lethargic yesterday and again today. Weird because I got lots of rest over the weekend. Maybe it is the change in seasons. I am hoping a good night’s rest will snap me out of it.

My birthday is in a couple weeks. I was planning to run 38k but I don’t think that’s going to happen. If I dig down deep, I am sure I could do it. But it wouldn’t be pretty. While I ran 24k on Sunday, I think a 14k jump in two weeks would be a little too much for my weary body. Besides my eating habits have taken a real nosedive in the last couple of weeks.

That’s something I really need to snap out of – poor eating. I’ve been skipping meals again and making up for it by eating bagels and comfort food. Crazy, I know.
