What's on your playlist?

I purposely programmed 45 minutes of music on my iPod. I wanted a short run and didn’t want to run longer than an hour. I plan to run 16k with Amber tomorrow, hike on Saturday and run 20k on Sunday. I don’t want to push my body too much.

This is what I ran to:

10. Tennessee, Arrested Development

It wasn’t exactly 45 minutes so I had to repeat #1. It was a great run!
