A busy day at work indeed. I like when it’s busy but not so much that I miss my down time at home. The rest of the week should be fine.

I got home way too late tonight to run. My new coach, Audrey, slacked on her first day. So much for encouragement! I am going to get in a long run tomorrow. I feel a little antsy right now. I considered going out but it’s really dark outside.
