Sorry I haven’t posted all week. See what happens when you’re busy? I haven’t even had time to run since Monday. I hope that changes today. I want to go for a nice long run when I finish work.

I am staying in Grande Prairie this weekend. I am looking forward to watching some football and getting caught up on some stuff around my apartment. Only one more week to go before the Death Race!
