Stirfry and wine for dinner – company coming!

I am making stirfry for dinner tonight. I am using whatever I have on hand in the fridge. Right now it’s bean sprouts, green and red peppers, garlic, soft tofu and hot pepper. Jasmine rice will do or maybe some noodles. I haven’t decided what kind of sauce I am making yet. I’ll let you know when it’s done.
