I’m power cooking this afternoon. I’m making pasta and curry for my lunches. I need to get better organized. I’ve been skipping meals again and stuffing my face with whatever is easy (mostly bagels with peanut butter). This week I am determined to stay the course.
I’m in the middle of making chickpea curry. It seems so good. I want to eat it now. But I am going for a run soon and I don’t want to have to stop every few minutes to take a pee break. I can’t wait to get outside but the sun looks pretty hot right now.
