Last night I went for two power walks-one by myself and the second one with my buddy Jean. Just like it is when we run, I was hard pressed to keep up with this super woman.

Anyway it’s Wednesday and it feels like it is Thursday. I am hoping this is a calm weekend on the scanner. I can’t say this enough. I hate carrying the scanner. I never sleep because of my scanner dreams.
