Now that the big bad wolf Kim Jong has agreed to shut down its nuclear program, people around the world should draw a collective sigh of relief. North Korea has 60 days to shut down its Yongbyon nuclear complex and to allow the nuclear inspectors in the country. In return, the country will receive fuel or financial aid. Following this announcement, both Koreas agreed to resume bilateral talks for the first time since North Korea tested their missiles seven months ago. These talks will focus on resuming aid to the impoverished country. This is good news.
