I'm don't want to be a calamity howler but…

Here are a couple pics of two boys in my Saturday class. This boy, whose nickname is Kevin, is a real keener in class. He really annoys me because he doesn’t let anyone else answer my questions. But at least he is interested in learning. The other boy is Karl. This pic says a lot. His mother is more interested in his studying than he is. She has told me on a few occasions to pile on the homework. Both boys are in grade five in elementary school.

So this morning, I woke early and went about my business leisurely. For some reason I decided to check my credit card balance online. Now I am glad I did. There were two purchase cheques on my account. Someone used two cheques with a total of $800 without my knowledge. I am so pissed. I had to cancel my card and file a fraudulent use report. Apparently someone stole my cheques from Christine’s mailbox in Canada; since, all my statements go there. I’m still in a bit of shock. Why does everything have to happen to me? On the good side, at least, this happened when I was still in Korea, not went I am out trekking around Southeast Asia.

But I am just really irritated. All these little things that keep popping up are such hassles. I’m trying to remain positive but it is frustrating. One thing after another interrupts the hum drum of my life. Sure I like drama but not all the freaking time.
