I set out early on Sunday for my usual therapy session. I stayed in Red Deer because I wanted to get in some studying. Besides I craved the “me” time. It’s been awhile since I ran a solo LSD. I have a lot of catching up to do with my favorite podcasts.
Thankfully there wasn’t too much winter when I looked out my windows. Plenty of time for that in the weeks and months ahead.
I decided to run a loop around my area of the city. I planned to run 12Kish. I started from my place and headed toward the Michener grounds. I didn’t see much foot traffic.
I did see this random act of vandalism. People can be such assholes. I think the brown sign is ugly too but I would never take a spray can to it.
The morning beauty (and a later a moose and her baby) greeted me on the trail. What a beautiful day. My run was pretty uneventful but I have so slack on my blog lately that I wanted to ensure you that I have been running.
I have been running three times during the week and once on the weekend. Yes, I am slowly getting my running act together. I don’t hurt that much and I am taking stretching and mobility seriously.
I am determined to win this battle.
Very pretty run. I”m just so not ready for winter, even tho I know it’s coming. We’ve had an amazing fall.
