I am back on Alberta soil. My B.C. trip was awesome. I’m back in Alberta with new memories and a heck of a lot of apples.
In all my suffering Versa and I covered 3,288.6 kilometers from Red Deer to Tofino and back. Whew! The driving was awful on the first day because it rained until about Golden. At times I considered pulling over to the side of the road to wait out the storm. Other than that first day, the weather was absolutely beautiful. The Versa held up well! Not bad for a seven-year old car!
I took tons of photos – of Tofino, Kamloops, Ucluelet, Nanaimo and Port Alberni – that I can’t wait to share with you over the next few days. In the meantime, I have to do laundry and clean the Versa. I came back to an out of control garden. Thank goodness I still have a couple days before I am back in the office.
I have a lot of work to do!
