1. Life is Good mug
I like to cycle through my mugs. Sometimes I will use the same mug over and over again for weeks. I found this happy favourite tucked behind a row of mugs earlier this week. Along the inside rim it reads, “Do what you like. Like what you do.” Great advice.
2. Tailwind Nutrition
Some day soon, I will write a proper review on this powder goodness. Right now I’ve been using it on my short runs. Tomorrow will be the real test when I amp up my long run. So far, it’s great. I don’t get that ugh feeling that gels tend to give me & I have tons of energy.
3. Nepalese Tea
I wandered into Ten Thousands Villages on Thursday. Love the stock. I usually keep my look sees very brief to prevent credit card abuse. I picked up some great hit the spot black tea from Nepal. Fifty tea bags came in this beautiful pouch.
4. My Garmin
Love love love my new Garmin 910xt. (It’s on the right). I give thanks to the running gods for making it happen. My Garmin 310 was a great watch. She was there for my first half-marathon, my first marathon and my first ultra. While I am sorry she has gone kaput, I am super excited to use her replacement to its full end.
