Motivation Monday – Goal for the week

I mentioned in my last post that I was sleeping better but I wasn’t necessarily eating better. I have this terrible pattern of getting caught up with work and stressed that I ignore my body’s needs. This is not new. Last week I stepped back into my skipping meals and ignoring my water bottle. Logic suggests this is probably why my legs and body felt out of whack.

I am determined to get back into my healthy eating routine. This week I vow to prepare my lunches & dinners and to bring snacks to work. Must learn to relax and not let my anxiety derail my progress.
