I have run 3 marathons in 12 months. That’s a pretty big feat for someone like me. I still feel shy saying, “I run marathons. I am a marathoner.” I may not look like a marathoner but I have the drive. I have learned a lot about myself and others in those three marathons (New York, Calgary, Okanagan) and here they are in no particular order.

Great list – I agree with most of them. #31 & #39 happen to be the same lesson, not to be rude. I like "There are no excuses, just do it".
Congrats on another Marathon, great job.
What is your next goal? Maybe we will meet on the running trails again someday.
Oh thanks! I don't like to be repetitive 🙂 Will change it!
Love this list!! Thank you for all the awesome tips.
