I have to take anti-inflammatory pills for the next 10 days. He said it’s very common. Basically this inflammation near my pelvis causes a chain reaction of hurt from my hip to my foot. I should be on the mend within no time. (He didn’t exactly say that but let’s pretend he did). I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I dreamed up a whole bucket load of potential diseases. (Thanks Google).
So all is good for now. I haven’t run since last Wednesday and I am still going to ease off the running for the time being. I want to let the drugs do the trick. Heal me!
I drove home in a crazy hail storm. It was very scary. I thought the hail was going to break my windshield. Crazy end to a long day.
So great to hear you "only" have inflammation. Hoping the meds and some rest help 🙂
So, yay for inflammation?! Glad to hear you should be healing quickly and SO glad you made it through that storm okay!!
