Sometimes I get to write about some fun stuff for the paper. Before I went away on holidays I penned an article about the popularity of mud and obstacle course racing in Central Alberta. Lucky for me, I know lots of people who love these races. I interviewed Tracy (below) who trains at Ignite.

Picture an off-road race where participants are asked to complete military-style obstacles while running through muddy terrain over a distance between five kms and 14 kms.
