You know something is off when I haven’t posted a picture of my smoothie in weeks! No need to panic. Drinking green smoothies is still part of my day (and sometimes my coworkers).
My smoothie pick of the week? Kale Delight
This green smoothie isn’t for the weak of taste. I’ve added more greens than fruit to this one for the kale taste. As with any green smoothie, you can adjust the amount of fruit and greens to your liking!
Suggested Recipe:
2 to 3 handfuls of kale and spinach
A handful of pineapple
Half or a whole spartan apple
A piece of celery stalk
Water (About 16 ounces)
This should make at least a couple tall glasses. Lately I have been putting the leftover in the Vitamix container in the fridge. Then later I just put it back on the machine and let it rip. The smoothie is cold and I don’t have to whip up another one.
