Just when I thought I has my sleeping patterns back in synch I was kept up to the early hours two nights this week. My anxiety about work & other stuff seeped through again. Does stress and your problems keep you up at night? For me it happens all the time. Yes only last week I was posting about how great my sleep has been lately. So frustrating!
My whole day is shot after a restless night. I can’t focus at work & I have no desire to run or workout. My miles turn out to be garbage miles when I do get out on the trail.
Advice for someone who can’t shut off her brain and get a good night’s sleep?
