April goals & March weigh in

I start April with some new goals. Last month I did pretty good in reaching most goals – drink more water, move every day and avoid junk. We had our weigh in last night. I lost a whopping 1.5 pounds. No where close to the 5 pounds I wanted to shed in March.

April Goals:

  1. Get more sleep
  2. No snacking after dinner
  3. Eat less junk
  4. Drink more water
  5. Stretch and mobility
I only have myself to blame. I looked back at my journal. Everything was great for the first 20 days. The empty pages clearly show I was not on my game. But a pound and a half is a pound and a half. I resolve to stay the course this month. I will stay focused!
