Here’s my advice on hill repeats:

  1. Run hills once a week
  2. Run a couple kilometres to warm up
  3. Pace yourself – Don’t you super fast on the first repeat
  4. Jog down the hill
  5. Keep the momentum going – Up, Down, Up, Down, Repeat
  6. Cool down by running a few kilometres
  7. Stretch the legs when you get home
Happy hill repeats!
