My legs and shoulders were still aching from Tuesday’s WOD. I was unsure how I would do today. Mostly because of the snatch.
Surprisingly I managed to complete 7 rounds. Dave said he would be shocked if anyone completed 10 rounds. He was right.
I really focused on doing the snatch correctly. I still felt awkward. But in the end it paid off. Dave said my technique looked good. I didn’t even ask. I usually ask about technique after the WOD. Success!
My back squats and deadlifts (before WOD) were pretty solid. I still fight my knees collapsing inward but at least I am aware. The coaches say I just have to focus and focus when I lift.
