Those extra two hours of sleeps did my body good. I skipped out of work a few minutes early so I could make it to the class on time. There were a few different groups working out. It was so busy. I didn’t know anyone in the class. I think there were at least 10 of us. It was hard to tell with so many people coming and going and doing their own thing.

Our WOD: 12 minute AMRAP of 30 DUs (or 90 skips) and 10 dumbell thrusters. It was tough! Especially since I ran lots on the weekend and my body wasn’t fully recovered. My shoulders were screaming in mercy by the second round. It was TOUGH. I pulled out 8 rounds of my sore and tired body. It was good one.
After the WOD, I stayed for the mobility class. I’ve been meaning to go for a long time. Since I have an unlimited Ignite membership, I can go anytime. Might as well take advantage of it.
Amy was our instructor. There were five of us – two young guys and the new trainer and her boyfriend. We worked on hips, shoulders and back. My body loved/hated me for it. I am going to try to go every Tuesday. One of the guys said ever since he started going he has seen lots of improvement in his shoulder mobility. I am on board. I need all the help I can get!
