Typically the Monday WOD is the tamest one all week. The WODs get gradually harder every day.
All the usual suspects were at the box bright and early this morning. Wasn’t sure who would be there because many seem to hate running. There was no way getting around it in this WOD.
I’m not sure what the EMOTM means. If I were to guess I think Endurance is the first word. I needed to run so I was not unpleased with the WOD. I am not a fast runner and my endurance is so-so right now.
It was awkward running to say the least. I pulled out 14 lengths or 14 x 10m = 140 metres in 1 minute. For once I wasn’t at the bottom of the whiteboard.
My goal this week is to continue working on my toes to bar and DUs for a few minutes after the WOD. I am almost there for the toes to bar. My DUs are better too. I am still trying to find my rhythm. I know it will come – eventually.
