Need some stability in your life? Try Reebox Lifter shoes.

I’m getting frustrated with the slow progress on improving the mobility in my ankles. I am doing all the exercise but I feel like I am getting no where. Good news is I am completely healed from my running injury last fall. I’m super happy with this. But I want to do better at crossfit โ€“ lift more. Lack of mobility in my left ankle is not helping my squats or other lifts. It’s frustrating as hell.

Last week I tried on Brenda’s Reebox Lifter shoes at the box. AMAZING. I couldn’t believe the difference when I did I front squat. My torso was upright and I felt solid and stable. Brenda has similar issues with her feet. And she is a rockstar at the box. I looked around and I noticed a lot of people are wearing one sort of another weightlifting shoes. I want some.

I know they are not a cure for my ankle woes. But gosh darn it, they will definitely give me the confidence booster I need. Dave is supposed to be doing an order for the gym because he will get some sort of discount. He was a little loosey goosey on the timeframe. I can’t wait. So I went online and ordered a pair from Reebox. They were not cheap particularly because I paid an extra $30 to design my own pair.

Gorgeous right? Mine in 3 to 5 weeks. I am so excited.
