Monday Morning WOD

Nothing like burpees to kickstart the week. This WOD was fun. We did a tabata of each exercise. So that 20 seconds row, 10 seconds rest, 10 seconds row etc. for each exercise. My arms were feeling it by the time I reached the DUs. I haven’t mastered DUs yet so I stayed with single skips. Great WOD to start my Monday.
