Fortunately I’ve found time to run and crossfit. I’m starting to panic about Kelowna. I only have 2 quality weeks left if training before I put on the taper brakes. Likely I will stop Crossfit the week before and reduce my long run.
Honestly my mileage has been embarrassingly low. I won’t even post it. That’s how low it is. But I’m hoping the marathon Buddhas will be on my side on Oct. 6.
