Ripping it up CrossFit Style

Catherine (pictured) and I had the box all to ourselves for the 8 a.m. WOD. Our strength was the dreaded snatch. I hate the snatch. Some days I have the technique and other days everything goes wrong. I’m not at the point where I can pile tons of weight on my bar. And I am okay with that. 
Our WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Push press
Sumo dead lift high pull 
I’m happy to report my shoulder did not give me any grief. I am on the mend. I am on the mend. Yay!
After our WOD, Catherine worked on her kipping. I took pictures. She’s pretty happy with her war wound.
