July Goals

I used to write “weekly” and “monthly” goals and post them on my refrigerator. I decided to get back into the habit because I’ve felt a little lost lately. A few weeks ago, I posted my summer goals but I want to think short term now.

Presenting my July Goals:

  • Read 5 books –– You’d think as someone who writes for a living, I would be reading all the time. Sadly, I’ve fallen off the library truck in the last two years. I want to get my reading mojo back.
  • Go into work with a smile –– Been feeling uninspired at the office. I hope by changing my attitude, I will feel better about where I spend eight hours of my day.
  • Stretch –– I hate stretching. I have to put this here because I need all the motivation and reminder to work on my flexibility.
  • Eat snacks and eat every three hours –– Started to slide a bit with my eating. I’m still eating heathy but I often wait too long between meals before eating again.
So there you have it. What are your goals this month? Also if you have any recommendations for good reads, let me know.
