Our final CFE class with Talbot featured more speed work and drills. On our final repeat, he recorded us. We watched the videos on the gym’s wall. I really really tried not to swing my arms. I still had a little swing in the post-video but Talbot said I have improved overall. We all did.
With that being said, I still have a lot of work ahead of me. It’s not easy learning to run and unlearning all the bad habits. I just want to relax and enjoy my runs without worrying that I am over striding or under striding or whatever. Is that so wrong? When did running become so complicated?
