Morning Greens

I like to start my mornings with a green smoothie BEFORE my coffee. That may sound absolutely ridiculous but it’s true. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach does funky things to my body. I love mangos and adding them to my morning always puts a smile on my face. Drink up! 


               Morning Greens

               1 cup of cold water
               Handful of kale and/or spinach
               Teaspoon of chia seeds
               1 small banana
               Handful of frozen mango
