For the last week or so I have been so bored with food. I needed to change things up for a bit.
Right so remember how I have shunned bread? Well truth be told I’ve actually gone gluten “somewhat” free. I’m NOT eating wheat bread, rolls, bagels, pasta etc. I’m not totally gluten-free (not in my budget or do I want to be that extreme) I have discovered Udi’s tasty gluten-free millet-chia bread. YUM! Tastes like wheat bread but lighter. Love it. I won’t slip back to my old eating habits of skipping meals and calling toast a “meal.”
