Right just do it. But sometimes we all need a little push, right? Here is your push. You know I have never regretted a workout. I may hate every minute I spend psyching myself up to run or to lift weight. But I never bitch during (okay maybe for a minute or two) or after my blood gets flowing.
This afternoon I went for a walk with Paula. I didn’t feel like running. I knew I had to do something outside. It was somewhat not so cold and I needed the fresh air. I’m glad I went out. I feel much better. Now you try it. Do something fun (and hopefully not so chilly).
