I planned a super duper track workout tonight. Of course, it rained most of the day. There was a slight reprieve so I quickly got ready to run. Of course, it started to rain again.
I decided not to run to the track. Instead I ran a tempo run with a bit of speed work thrown in.
There weren’t too many people out on the trails. I did see one runner and a cyclist. There’s nothing like a little water to keep people in their homes.
Even though I was completely drenched at the end of my run, I am glad I braved the conditions. I feel great now. There’s nothing like a run to boost your energy levels.
