The most challenging part of Long Run Sunday is not the run but actually getting out of bed an hour and a half or two hours before I run. At least that’s how I feel. Then the no coffee rule makes it suck even more.
I try not to drink coffee because I don’t want to have to visit the bushes. I get up so early so my body has time to wake up and I get put some food into my body and let it digest.

I haven’t been running with my hydration pack for a long time now. I am going to start using it again because I’m increasing my mileage. The weeks are starting to fly by. And before I know it I am going to be standing at the start line of the ING NYC marathon wondering if I trained enough. Eeeek!
