I have a Runners Log where I jot down my mileage. Over the last few months, I haven’t been writing in it. When I was training for the half-marathons and the Death Race, I was quite diligent in tracking my progress.
Somewhere along the way, I kept forgetting to write down my distance etc. Fortunately, my all-knowing Garmin keeps close tabs on me. I just plugged it into the MacBook Pro and retrieved all my data since September. It didn’t keep track of those odd times when the battery drained on my watch.
At the end of the year, I am going to calculate my distance for the last 12 months. I am excited to see how much distance I covered in the last year. I’ve slowed down a little bit in the last while but it will be interesting to see what I have accomplished.
