Just so you know, I always eat with my metal chopsticks. I whipped up a tasty green dish. In my bowl is medium texture tofu, Shanghai choy, baby spinach, a little soy sauce and tons of garlic. Yum, yum, yummy. It’s more of a side dish but i have been low on my greens the last couple days so I ate a heaping bowl for dinner. Washed down, of course, with good old water.
