A few years ago, when I was in Wellington, NZ, I saw this amazing outdoor exhibition of aerial photography, Earth From Above by activist and photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand.
His photos focused on what earth looks like from above and the captions offered the environmental and social issues at stake. There were crowds of people marveling at the work. It was truly breathtaking and shocking. Now I just read, Arthus-Bertrand is going to show his work next year in New York. The exhibit has been seen in more than 120 cities around the world. I hope it comes to Canada because I would love to see it again.
